Yellowbanks III by Kading
in Pleasant Hill, Iowa - Now Open and Leasing
This development marks Kading's third housing community build in Pleasant Hill. Yellowbanks III brings 86 units to the community with both 2- and 3-bedroom accommodations. Units have one and two-bathroom configurations with both single and double-attached garages. Refrigerator and range are provided, and each unit offers a washer/dryer hookup. Located near connecting community trails, this location is an excellent addition to the current Yellowbanks I and II neighborhoods.
Kate's Landing by Kading
in Boone, Iowa - Now Leasing!
As the second Kading community in Boone, Kate's Landing will be constructed on nearly 15 acres and plans to bring 128 market-rate leasable housing units to the area.
Development is currently underway. This community will offer two-bedroom, one-bath, and three-bedroom, two-bath units. All will include attached garages, individual unit front door appeal, along with refrigerator and range in unit kitchens. Washer/dryer hook-ups will also be provided.
Villas on Bell by Kading
in Knoxville, Iowa - Phase I Under Development & Opening Fall 2026
This project marks our second Knoxville townhome community. The development will bring 247 leasable townhome units to Knoxville. Development is currently underway. This community will offer two-bedroom, one-bath, and three-bedroom, two-bath units. All will include attached garages, individual unit front door appeal, refrigerators, and ranges in unit kitchens. Washer/dryer hook-ups will also be provided.
FAIR VIEW BY KADING
in Cherokee, Iowa - Phase I Under Development & Opening Summer 2026
As the first phase of this workforce housing project, Kading will bring 36 units to Cherokee on 10 acres that are directly across from the Cherokee Fairgrounds. Site work will begin in summer 2025, with vertical construction starting in Fall 2025. Phase I units open in Summer 2026. Phase II of the project is anticipated to bring 48 additional units.

Heights BY KADING
in Nevada, Iowa - Under Development
Born from Kading's 2024 Hometown Tour visit to Nevada, this first workforce housing development vision comes to life with 138 units for the community. A 2025 Housing Needs Assessment noted that 47% of the local workforce currently commutes from outside the city, which reinforces the need for housing options near Nevada employers. Partnerships with the city will also connect the development to a new walking trail.
Site work began in the fall of 2025, with vertical construction starting in 2026.
