When you sign a 15-month lease, you essentially get 3 months’ rent free!
Here's how it works, Kading simply divides the total 12 months of rent by 15 months, crediting you back 1/15th of the annual rent each month. This offer expires after 15 months and then the monthly rent returns to the pre-lease rate. Residents must sign a 15-month lease to receive the credit.
